How do I book an appointment? What's your appointment scheme?
In short, ALL ACUPUNCTURE (INSURANCE eligible) appointment must be presented in person at Step Up Yonge & Bloor. Step Up Clinic will handle all billings. Operates under a different set of policies established by the clinic.
When hypnosis / hypnotherapy is conducted online, there is no insurance claim for such item.
Exceptions: Services under "TCMP Acupuncture related and services" are eligible for insurance submission. They are submitted under TCM Acupuncture / Diagnosis. Separate receipt will be sent to your email. Herbal remedies are not included in the price. You are not required to purchase herbs from us.
TCM / Acupuncture - There is no discount policy as per professional college standard.
Exclusive: All Patients visited in person from 2017-2023 - There is home-visit acupuncture option available (Markham/Richmond Hill only).
