Integrating Eastern wisdom with modern anatomy and medical knowledge, Kelly guides you in reconnecting your mind, body, and spirit, cultivating lasting wellness from within.

"The mind is like Soup, it can be nourished. Stir it gently back to balance."

For leisure, I practice yoga, aerial yoga, meditation, reiki, chakra self-healing, and vibrational frequency work.

At Herbal Soup Sanctuary, I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and balance, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.

Practicing acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is not simply my profession—it is my passion and the lifestyle I live. I truly believe in practicing what I preach.

True wellness begins within. Caring for your inner world creates the foundation for a healthier, happier, and more sustainable balanced life.

Journey to TCM & Acupuncture

People often ask how I found Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture.

I honestly don't know where to begin.

My grandfather practiced some WuShu and traumatic injury recovery techniques, so my mother was already somewhat familiar with these concepts. I remember following her to acupuncture appointments when I was about four to five years old.

Because of my liver condition, my mother also brought me to Chinese herbal doctors. Those strong herbal drinks became part of my childhood. Years later, when I wasn't feeling well in high school, and then again after having my daughter, I returned to Traditional Chinese Medicine. At first, I simply wanted to understand my own body better and learn how to care for my family. Little did I know, I had stepped into a rabbit hole that would become my life's passion.

My Philosophy

Conneting the dots...

Looking back, everything in my life seems to make sense, as though each chapter naturally led to the next. Had I not gone through the experiences I did, I don't believe I would have gained the knowledge, perspective, and wisdom needed to understand the deeper lessons that followed.

Being born with a liver condition led me to explore health and wellbeing from a young age. The challenges I faced throughout high school and university deepened that curiosity. My difficult pregnancies and my children's medical journeys strengthened my desire to formally study health and wellness. Every experience became another lesson, and another piece of the puzzle of a bigger picture.

Each chapter gradually led me back to what I believe is one of our most innate and fundamental human abilities—the subtle nature of energy, our connection with ourselves, awareness, consciousness, and the quiet influence it has on the way we experience life.

I learn to go with the flow, believing that whatever happens ultimately serves the highest good of our souls. Each little thing makes my journey more knowledgeable, more insightful, and more mindful.

I just go with the flow.

I am not a fighter.

Don't fight life.

I surrender my path.

My best advice to you all...

Do not let diagnosis A, B, C, D, E, F, G to define you.

It doesn't define who you are.

Creating good health and wellness begins with

regular exercises, mindfulness & making TCM-balanced food choices.
