TCM, Chakra, Frequency & Hypnosis

The method.

I don’t always know how to clearly explain what I do, but I’ll try to describe it in my own words.

Around the age of 18, I used to overthink deeply about the meaning of life and illness. One course I did particularly well in during high school was Grade 12 World Religions. The teachings and philosophies from traditions such as Hinduism and Buddhism stayed with me and continued to resonate within me for a very long time... And then there was Taoism that I learned from TCM.

When I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, one concept that deeply resonated with me was the idea of the souls and spirits within the body.  Through understanding and applying these principles, I was able to heal many parts of my life—my inner child, my liver issues, my depression, my experience with cancer, and the anxiety surrounding my daughter’s struggles, my marriage, etc.

In TCM, the Shen, Hun, Po, Yi, and Zhi are considered the spirits of the body (consciousness), and each is housed within a specific organ. When the organs are not well, these spirits no longer have a stable home. Ultimately, willpower—the Zhi, which is associated with the kidney— becomes the powerhouse that supports the mind and the spirits. Through this realization, I came to understand how important it is to cultivate a positive mindset in order to attract positive outcomes in life. And then there were very great and amazing people who introduced me to chakra reiki healing, meditating on the chakras. I played the singing bowl on my body. The result is miraculous too.

Because of this journey, I now feel called to guide others nourish and strengthen their own souls. And I explored the methods to do it effectively with acupuncture.

Law of attraction

Even one single negativity, rather unintentional, can create a vibration response greater than we think.  Always be positive.  Not a single negative thought on yourself and about others.

You are healthy.

You are awesome.

You are doing very well.

Do not let a diagnosis define who and what you are.

Understanding the situation, it's very different from getting caught in it, emotionally.

Bro. I was 18. "I am NOT dying from a failing liver that I was born with.  :)"

Any negative & subjective thought we create about others... The frequency we send will find its way back at us in some way or another. Don't do it.

Stress comes from external forces. It's an automatic response in the body.

Depression is overthinking of the past.

Anxiety is overthinking of the future.

Changing the meaning to how we perceive these "external forces", do you think it will help?

Forgive ourselves.  We're only humans.
Forgive others.  Let go.
There doesn’t have to be a winner in all things; the battle isn’t worth it.

Honor our body. Thank our body.

Our body is our best supporter.

We cannot change the past, but we can change the present.
What we can do today is how we can give ourselves a better past.

Emotions are automatic.

Feelings are by choice.

For example, conflicts happening around us today, in 2026, may naturally bring up negative emotions. However, how we manage, interpret, and respond to those emotions is a conscious choice. Our thoughts shape our feelings. By changing the way we interpret a situation or how we perceive the event/people/things, we can transform our emotional experience.

TCM supplies the theory.
This is how I stepped in hypnosis to find a way to help others.

Acupuncture and Frequency / Chakra Healing are the methods.

(Still try to formulate how to put together this page nicely.  But these are the basic ideas.)
