Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule appointment, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made 24 hours prior to start time. A friendly reminder to respect other people's time and preparation for the session. There will be a $20 no-show or late cancellation fee if you missed your appointment. For online sessions, practitioner will remain the video chat room up to 15mins past the appointment start time. Thank you so much for your understanding.
